Conscious Healing Workshop at The Wellness Center
Learn how to deepen the healing experience of your yoga practice through mindfulness and meditation. In this workshop This workshop will explore the nervous system, our minds and thought patterns, and we will trust the body to be our guide to deep healing. We will employ pranayama, body awareness exercises, facial unwinding, body rolling, meridian tapping, asana, and guided meditation. Bring a notebook or journal to create an action plan and go home with recordings of meditations and pranayama. Perfect for all levels - from brand new to yoga and meditation to experienced practitioners.
