A fundamental component of Neurosculpting® is neuroplasticity or the scientific concept that we can change our nervous system through repeated focused attention. We can create new neural pathways and affect how easily a neuron fires. We call this mapping. And the more it is activated, the easier it is to activate.
That is the basis of the Neurosculpting® modality. It is science based meditation that allows us to re-map stress patterns in a way that is gentler for our bodies, freeing us to become the best possible version of ourselves.
